Timing:

• Your party will be booked for a 2 hour time slot

Setup​ and Departure:

• Arrival permitted 15 minutes before booked start time for setup.

• Departure required within 15 minutes after booking ends.

• Premises must be left tidy and clean.

 

Venue and Hosting:

• Your party will be hosted in our indoor studio and on our courts.

• All hosting facilities, including food, provided.

 

Food and Catering:

• All food will be provided by us, no external food is allowed, except birthday cake. For this, there will be a ‘cakeage’ fee of £20.

 

Booking Confirmation and Payment:

• The Tennis/Facility fee needs to be paid upfront for the initial booking confirmation.

• Final confirmation will be with the food payment due 4 days before the event. This allows you to finalise attendee numbers more accurately.

• All fees are non-refundable.Approval of External Providers:

• Please inform us about planned external provider activities for prior approval.

• Providers must have public liability insurance; proof required.

 

Supervision:

• Our tennis staff will manage and supervise the tennis activities.

• Parents/guardians will be responsible for children’s supervision at other times.

 

Damage Liability:

• You will regretfully be liable for any damages to the facilities or equipment.

 

Health and Safety:

• Adherence to all health and safety guidelines is required and any accidents/injuries must be reported to staff immediately.

 

Force Majeure:

• This clause applies to events beyond our reasonable control, which prevent or significantly hinder the hosting of your booked event. 

• In the event of force majeure, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity. We will endeavour to reschedule the event to a mutually agreeable date, subject to availability.
